DNA

Nice diagram of DNA Replication.

1. DNA Unwinds with the help of the enzyme Helicase.

2. Free Nucleotides come in and pair with the exposed nucleotides with the help of the enzyme DNA Polymerase.

3. Note the nucleotides join with complimentary base pairs (shown above).

4.  The newly formed double strand coils up again into a double helix.
